Kahramanmaraş Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Hayrettin Güngör tarafından müjdesi verilen yeni stadyum çalışmaları başladı.
Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı’nın destekleriyle, içinde tam olimpik yüzme havuzunun da yer alacağı 120 dönümlük alan üzerinde Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin birçok spor dalına uygun “Yaşayan Stadyum” konseptinde yeni nesil bir spor kompleksi inşa edeceği açıklanmıştı.
Hanefi Mahçiçek Stadyumu’nun yıkım ihalesini alan Elkay Geri Dönüşüm Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Recep Yurdakul ve Kahramanmaraş Şubesi firma sahibi Duran Genç, çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verdi.
Yıkım çalışmaları sırasında kısa açıklama yapan Başkan Yurdakul, “Kahramanmaraş Hanefi Mahçiçek Stadyumu’nun ihalesine girdik. İhaleyi aldık. Birkaç önce kurbanlarımızı keserek yıkım işine başladık. İnşallah kazasız bir şekilde bitirmeyi temenni ediyoruz. Bu stadın yerinde çok güzel bir tesis yapılacak. Kahramanmaraş’a hayırlı olmasını temenni ediyoruz. 45 gün içerisinde yıkım işlemlerini tamamlamayı planlıyoruz. İnşallah hayırlı olur” dedi.
